Great location, wonderful hosts ! Highly recommended.
Had a great break at Centrewood ... we got caught by some bad weather and Jane kindly shared some warm clothing with us. We recommend Centrewood as a great location.

Stunning!
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Centrewood and can't wait to return! Jane is a generous and warm host and the guest accommodation is spacious, private and perfectly appointed, with incredible views over the property. On a cold weekend, the wood fire was roaring when we arrived, and Jane very thoughtfully kept it stoked while we were out. The property itself and surrounds are stunning, with a beautiful cliff-top walk through Tavora Reserve, a yellow-eyed penguin sanctuary, just five minutes from the front gate. A lovely breakfast was provided, and Fleur's Place is an easy half hour drive up the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Centrewood and will be back as soon as possible... we can't imagine a better place to stay in the area.

Excellent experience
This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable. The log fire kept us cosy. Kitchen facilities were excellent also.

Original, comfortable, scenic, peaceful
It proved well worthwhile to stray a little off the beaten track and find a beautiful spacious old house with many original features nestling on a hill and providing spectacular views and a beautiful cliff and beach walk. Very hospitable hosts. A cosy wood stove in winter!
