This twin bed, self contained unit, is situated on a 14 acre lifestyle property on the Taieri plains just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Dunedin, a 5 minute drive from Mosgiel and a 20 minute drive from Dunedin International Airport. The unit is like a small motel unit and adjoins a 1890s character homestead. The hosts keep cattle, sheep and horses.

The rate is for room only, the facility has its own bathroom and a kitchenette to allow for basic self catering. There is wireless internet, free of charge, and free view TV.

The location is tranquil with a rural outlook and up long driveway, so well away from traffic. There is only the one unit on site.

Excellent. Comfortable, warm, very very quiet. They mentioned the noise from train which turned out to be a cute little, 5 carriage tourist sightseeing one, at 10 am travelling at about 25 k. I actually had to see it to hear it. Yes it is very quiet. .

A cosy comfortable stay, very comfortable beds, close to the city and airport, quiet and peaceful and well equipped . A warm welcome from jane, bernie and the dog and cat.
