Great for a relaxing break
"Kahu" cottage was well fitted out for our stay (in fact it also was suited to 'differently abled' people). It was cosy and comfortable during the mostly wet weather for our stay.

Fantastic Rural Setting
We loved our cottage, it was so adorable! Very peaceful and hard to leave the very comfortable bed. We enjoyed canapes and wine on the deck and watched the sheep and native birds. The walks through the property are fun and well kept - definitely make time to do a few. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. Lovely hostess who was very helpful and friendly. We would love to go back again!

Beautiful setting.
Mohua Park was in a beautiful setting with delightful solitude. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Amenities could have been better: a shower with some semblance of water pressure would have been appreciated after a day of hiking. The lack of a BBQ was disappointing as one was mentioned on their web site.

Great cottage, great hosts, stunning view.
All round excellence - lovely hosts, warm welcome, great cottage, stunning views. Close to all the wonderful natural beauty of the Catlins, forest walks right on the property, private and very comfortable.
