Clean and comfortable. However, one chair for 2 occupants needs to be addressed. Also, as per a previous comment (oct 18th) ,a small breakfast/meal table and chairs are also required. 7/10 grade. .

Very happy with stay there was a problem with the booking but the motel sorted that out there and then at no extra cost. Will stay there again if in dunedin.

Good price quite happy would go back again, it would be handy to have a small table so you could sit down to eat breakfast .
