Located on State Highway 1 in the city adjacent to the University and 200m from Dunedin's main street. Close to shops, hospital, cafes and restaurant. I really enjoyed the change from the standard modern motel room. I also enjoyed the woodland setting. Birds chirping in the morning. It didn't feel like we were in a city.
Had a great relaxing time. great atmosphere Enjoyed our stay there, Room was really spacious and well appointed although a bit dated. There was a nice outside seating area as well. We were visiting for the National HOG Rally and had a great time. Nice Setting, central , everything required is supplied , however Dated , especially the ablution area Stayed here for 2 nights and were very disappointed that it was not until the end of the 2nd day once we asked that the room was serviced, they had no intention of doing it. The one tv was very small and the unitnwas very dated and shabby - would not stay again |
